How could anyone take such an institution seriously?

These are probably political Spin Doctor trainees in action…chuckle. A team of them stayed up nights for a week to grind that drivel out.
Agree.. ‘exuding’ is a bit much…as the old saying goes (here)… ‘gag me with a spoon!’
